About Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland
We enable life-changing mentoring relationships to ignite the power and potential in youth. Big Sisters provides direct service to young people, who through no fault of their own, may be facing adversity. By matching them with caring adult volunteers in quality one-to-one and group mentoring relationships, we ensure they have the relationships they need to become resilient and realize their full potential.

Big Sisters provides direct service to children and youth facing adversity by matching them with caring volunteers in quality mentoring relationships. Our agency staff members are experts at recruiting and screening volunteers; making intentional, meaningful matches; and providing the support necessary for mentoring relationships to have a lasting impact.
