Go Girls! is an eight-session program led by 2-3 trained mentors, designed to help youth build confidence, improve physical health, and strengthen friendships. Each session includes games, group discussions, and activities that encourage self-reflection and positive conversations about healthy living in a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

Who Can Become a Go Girls! Mentor?
Go Girls! mentors must be 19 or older, pass a criminal record check, and complete our training on group facilitation and child safety. Our staff will support you throughout the program to ensure both you and the participants have a meaningful and fun experience.
